I bought a smart home system from a company and I am happy with the product. It has made my life more convenient and I can control everything from my smartphone. However, their customer support could be improved. It takes them a while to respond to queries, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, I would recommend the product but suggest they work on their customer service.
