I had a pretty average experience with Internet talents. The website was easy to navigate and the layout was pleasing, but I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were often generic and unhelpful. Overall, it was an okay experience but there is definitely room for improvement.
