It s fantastic to know that after coming to Busch gardens/sea world for YEARS and paying for annual passes that I haven t been able to use due to a global pandemic, that I m not allowed to cancel and in turn have to continue to pay for the next 4 months. Despite only using the pass once. No one is willing to help, it s obviously all about the money to these people. I will NEVER step foot in another sea world owned park.
