I recently tried out Pacto's products and they were pretty good. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. However, I did have a small issue with the packaging of one of the items. It arrived slightly damaged, but the customer support team was quick to resolve the issue and sent a replacement. Despite this hiccup, I would still consider ordering from Pacto again.
