Hired this company a little over a year and a half...

Hired this company a little over a year and a half ago to change the orientation of a bathtub. After recently noticing a leak in my ceiling, I cut it open underneath the bathtub to find an incorrectly installed pipe and joint. It had been slow leaking the entire time and the water spread past 12 feet from the drip. The company stated they only have a 30 day warranty and would not come out for anything than full price. This wasn't about money, but about principle. The work was done without good diligence and the customer service is poor.
