After a sale completed, they attempted for a month to collect a deficiency from me, despite the debt being paid in full. Agent wouldn't return my call for 3 weeks. Took a stressful month to sort it out.

Woe to any borrower saddled with this servicer. It'd be worth re-fi just to get away from them!
