Worst loan servicing company ever. Like many of the reviews here, they took over our loan originally financed through a USDA loan. They have mismanaged our escrow and have cost us thousands of dollars in extra insurance that was not needed over a period of several months. Because of the length of time to refinance at the moment we are stuck with them for a few more weeks. Every time we speak with customer service they give us a different excuse or answer. What a joke of a company.
