Excellent quality control. Ken, the Head of Welding, is great at what he does. He taught me a lot. I'm very good with metal because of him, and know my robots because of him. Everyone here is really good people, and they pay attention to what they do. I enjoyed working here when I did. I should have stayed, but I had higher ambitions. If I would have stayed, I wouldn't be about 13 years behind where I want to be. I might have gotten ahead. As I work in other places, I have a tendency to notice the lack of attention to detail. Most places are worried about Micro Managing. They don't understand how that is really hurting them in the long run. Nelson Steel doesn't Micro Manage, not on the production floor anyway. That's the difference. I have to give a shout out to Steve in QC, Mark in Production Management, Tony in Prototyping, and my Mom, Betty Tanner (also in QC, 17-18 years and counting) :-) If it can be made, they can make it. Heh, they might even make in reverse for fun
