If I could only give zero stars, my home was built in 2008 with a TEN YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY already have water and mold damage to the builder BRANDEL ANDERSON failed to properly add flashing caps to my front windows in my main entrance and piss poor flashing to lead the water into the gutters instead it works through the stone work into the wood and drywall causing black mold. All of this was due to structural failure by the builder, I contacted them to fix the damage they told me I was my fault through lack of preventive maintenance yet I have a private contactor Northrup and my insurance USAA company telling me its due to the builder failing at theyre job. Im at the point of going to court if they dont fix it
