I have been a customer of Jumping Frog for a few months now, and I must say their service is average. They have a decent selection of products, but their prices are a bit higher compared to other similar companies. The customer support is helpful, but sometimes it takes a while to get a response. Overall, my experience with Jumping Frog has been average.
