As a CUSTOMER, I must say my experience with Jenko ltd has been average. The website is easy to use and has a good range of products to choose from. However, I had some issues with their customer service. They were slow in responding to my queries and it took longer than expected to get a resolution. The delivery of my order was also delayed, which was quite frustrating. Overall, I would say Jenko ltd needs to improve their customer service to provide a better experience to their customers.
