Human resources for this company failed miserably,they allow good ,caring,hardworking dedicated employees to be unjustly fired for completly false reasons. Having compassionate caring individuals to work at first and main is not what they are looking for. They would rather employ people to care for the elderly that are ONLY there because ' it pays better than mcdonalds'. Very sad .. the kind of so called care thats taking place in these facilities for our elderly.
