Called to be transferred to a friend's room after she called me, receptionist asked me to spell the name, but cut me off twice, then proceeded to tell me I was spelling it incorrectly (very rudely, especially since I couldn't finish saying the whole last name due to her cutting me off), then hung up on me in the middle of me trying to tell her the room number. Ruined my whole good mood with this terrible treatment, I can't imagine how they treat their patients. Thankfully my friend called me again and asked me for a visit... though I don't know if I'll go thinking about how mean they are.
