I had a very average experience with State Of Utah-Dept Natural Resource-Oil Gas Mining. The website dfcm.state.ut.us is functional, but not very user-friendly. The information provided is often difficult to navigate and find. It would be great if they could improve the design and make it easier for users to access the information they need.
