I have been a customer of Techdept for several years, and I must say that their service is average. While their website looks great and their customer support is excellent, I have had some issues with their product. The user interface can be confusing at times, and there have been a few bugs that have caused inconvenience. Overall, I would rate Techdept as an average company.
