As a regular customer of Inalsa home app, I must say that their products are of average quality. I have purchased a few appliances from them and they have been working fine. However, there is nothing extraordinary about them, just average products. The customer service is also decent, nothing to complain about but nothing exceptional either. So, overall, I would rate Inalsa home app as average.
