First of all, I want to say that I am a CUSTOMER of Brutal. I have been using their services for a while now and I must say that they are doing an average job. The quality of their products is decent and the prices are reasonable. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The customer service can be a bit slow at times and the website could use some updates. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
