I recently visited Lucca and had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Universo. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance of many attractions. I would highly recommend Hotel Universo to anyone visiting Lucca.
