The environment and the attention of the staff is excellent but it is far from being a 4 star hotel. The rooms have 3 steps to enter, nothing convenient for grandparents or children. They are narrow, the internal tea did not work and the bathroom very narrow, without space or to support 1 glass
It's the first hotel with spa where I have to pay for the robes. The towels are clean but rough and it shows that they have a long time of use.
