I visited Josephines Italian Restaurant last night and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I ordered the Linguine Carbonara and it was one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. The creamy sauce was perfectly balanced and the pancetta added a nice crunch. The portion size was generous and I left with a full and satisfied stomach. I highly recommend Josephines to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in Boca Raton!
