I have been banking with BANK OF IRELAND ASSET MGMT LTD for the past few years, and I have to say that my experience has been mixed. While the customer service is generally good and I appreciate their efforts to make banking easier for their customers, there are a few areas where they can improve. The mobile banking app needs some work as it can be slow at times. Overall, I would say that this bank is decent but has room for improvement.
