I recently interacted with a housing company and had a satisfactory experience. The online platform provided by them was quite user-friendly, allowing me to easily browse available properties and submit applications. The staff was responsive and addressed my concerns promptly. Although the company's website, wattad.com.sa, could use some improvement in terms of its design and functionality, it didn't hinder the overall experience.
