As a customer of Fiduciary Financial Services of the Southwest, I must say that their services have been average at best. While their staff is knowledgeable and professional, I have found their customer service to be lacking. It often takes days to receive a reply to my inquiries and there have been multiple occasions where I have had to follow up multiple times before getting a resolution. Additionally, their fees are quite high compared to other financial service providers in the area. Overall, I would rate my experience with Fiduciary Financial Services of the Southwest as average.
