I had an average experience with Riley & Jackson, P.C. The lawyers were professional and knowledgeable, but I found their communication to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took longer than expected to receive updates on my case. Overall, the service was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
