As a customer, I had a mixed experience with Dean Ricky Photography. The quality of their work is definitely great, and I am very satisfied with the outcome of my photo shoot. However, the customer service could be improved. It took a while for them to respond to my emails, and the communication during the shoot itself could have been better. Overall, I would rate their services as average.
