I had a mixed experience with UtiliTap. While their customer service was excellent and very responsive, I found their website to be confusing and difficult to navigate. The information I needed was scattered across multiple pages, and it took me a while to find what I was looking for. However, once I figured it out, the utility app itself worked great. Overall, I would say UtiliTap is an average company with room for improvement.
