Direct Advantage is an average company with decent products and services. Their website is easy to navigate and has a good selection of items. The ordering process is simple and the shipping is fast. However, I find their customer service to be lacking. The representatives seem uninterested in helping and are not very knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate Direct Advantage as average.
