The courses offered by this organization are truly life-changing. I've attended several workshops and retreats, and each experience has been incredibly valuable. The teachers are excellent, and the content is both informative and experiential. The Metta Institute has created a supportive and inclusive learning environment. I'm grateful for the knowledge and skills I've gained through their programs.
