In the past 17 years I have dealt with dozens of dealerships and have bought many cars ranging anywhere from your every day compact economy car to the high end models, and this dealership was by far my #1 experience, seriously, and I want to share my experience with anyone who might be interested in visiting this dealership.

Although this is a Mercedes dealership (insert stereotype here) there was not a single hint of condescending attitude from anyone, and the proof is that I walked into this dealership in my streetwear clothes and I was treated like I just stepped into a 5 star hotel. Everyone including the general manager and my internet sales contact Cary (whom I strongly suggest dealing with) was extremely pleasant and professional. I really believe that they genuinely care more about your experience and comfort level than making a quick dollar from you, they truly get it!. Although I couldn't reach a deal with them immediately, they continued to be respectful and professional afterwards, and the next day we were able to reach a deal that I believe was fair overall.

Make sure you contact Cary first and then go to meet with him at the dealership, and I am confident that your experience will be as pleasant as mine. I almost forgot to mention, they have complimentary starbucks grade drinks for all guests at their coffee shop, and I had never seen that at any other dealership before. The iced chai latte was simply amazing.
