I have been a customer of Spring Metrics for over a year now, and I must say their services are average. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I feel that the customer support could be improved. There have been a couple of instances where I had to wait for a long time to get a response. Overall, I would rate my experience with Spring Metrics as satisfactory.
