I have been a customer of SoFi for a few years now...

I have been a customer of SoFi for a few years now and I must say that their service is average at best. While they do provide some useful features, I find that their customer support is lacking. Whenever I have a question or issue, it takes them forever to respond. Additionally, their website is not very user-friendly and can be quite confusing to navigate. Overall, I would rate SoFi as average.
