Very unprofessional company. I was told item was in-stock and ready for rental, item wasn't even calibrated! What's the point? Stopped by to pick up the equipment, vulgar rap music blaring in the warehouse. Finally located an employee wearing an inappropriate t-shirt, impression was that I was an inconvenience. Traveled pretty far to get equipment, was charged for the day I picked up item and the day I dropped off. Seemed a little petty...
