the worst 4-star hotel of all that I have been to ...

the worst 4-star hotel of all that I have been to before, it only deserves only 2 stars, an infectious smell in the room, but on the hallways you receive from the elevator an intense and pleasant smell, cockroaches (snails) unhealthy bathroom, rust and limestone on the batteries, the towels will NOT change, unless you insist with nerves at the reception, the mattress is obsolete, dirty, stuffed, hotel looks from the 80-90s in rooms, you do not have slippers in the room, do not change the towels at all, even if you throw them down in the bathroom after use, nobody enters the staff the next day to do what needs to be done in a 4 star hotel, taken I think by "Romanian" methods (we know how), the linen bed does not smell cleaned, washed, fresh. This is our 4 star hotel (unmerited) in the story ... a total infection ...
