United Spokes LLC is an average company. The quality of their products and services is just okay. I ordered a bicycle from their website and it arrived in a timely manner. However, the bike was not assembled properly and had some minor defects. I had to spend some extra time fixing it myself. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement.
