I recently used Make It Travel to book my vacation and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The agents were not very helpful and seemed more interested in upselling me on additional services. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
