As a loyal customer, I can confidently say that Keg Kartoonz is the best cartoon provider out there. The creativity and humor in their cartoons are unmatched. I appreciate the efforts they put into each cartoon to deliver quality content. The rate I would give them is average. However, I believe they can still improve in terms of offering more diverse cartoon styles.
