I have been a customer of Acs/Arizona Contract Services, Inc. for several years and I must say that their service is average. While they provide the basic services that I need, I haven't been particularly impressed with their attention to detail. There have been a few instances where mistakes were made and it took some time to get them resolved. Overall, I think they could improve their customer service and communication.
