I recently came across this company while searching for a specific product and decided to give it a try. The website was easy to navigate and provided clear information about their products. However, I found the customer service to be just average. When I reached out with a question, it took quite some time to receive a response, and the answer provided was not overly helpful. The delivery of the product was also a bit delayed, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the quality of the product was decent and I have been satisfied with its performance so far.
