I would rate Pickle - smart process for buildings as average. The company's website, pickle-info.com, provides good information about their services and products. However, their customer service could be improved. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took longer than expected to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, my experience with Pickle - smart process for buildings was okay.
