I recently had the opportunity to stay in one of the log cabins offered by this company, and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about the cabins. The booking process was also straightforward and hassle-free. The cabin itself was clean and well-maintained, although it lacked some basic amenities that I would have expected, such as a microwave and sufficient storage space. The location of the cabins was beautiful, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful retreat. However, I was disappointed with the level of customer service. The staff seemed disinterested and were not readily available to assist with any queries or requests. Overall, my stay was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of the amenities provided and the customer service experience.
