I recently used the services of Lightpoint and overall, I had an average experience. The company website was easy to navigate and had a professional look. I appreciated the range of products they offer, as it gave me the option to choose what suited me best. However, I found the customer service to be just okay. There were a few times when I had to wait longer than expected for a response to my queries. The delivery of my order was also delayed, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the quality of the product was satisfactory and it arrived intact. While Lightpoint has its strengths, there are areas where they could improve. Overall, my experience with the company was decent, but nothing exceptional.
