I've been practicing yoga for several years, and East+west yoga is definitely one of the best studios I've been to. The instructors are amazing and provide clear instructions, allowing you to deepen your practice. The studio itself is well-equipped and has a peaceful ambiance. The only suggestion I have is to improve the website as it can be a bit slow at times. Overall, I highly recommend East+west yoga for anyone looking for a great yoga experience.
