I had a mixed experience with a company that sells architectural products. While the products were of decent quality, the customer service was lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries and the support provided was not very helpful. However, once I received the products, I was pleased with their durability. Overall, I would still recommend this company for their products, but improvements in their customer service are needed.
