I am extremely disappointed with the Bulgarian drug agency. Their website is extremely outdated and difficult to navigate. The information provided is often inaccurate and incomplete. It was a frustrating experience trying to find the information I needed. The customer service was also unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, I would not recommend using their services.
