I've been using Spid metris for several months now and I must say that their service is quite average. The website is easy to use and the products are of decent quality. However, their customer support could be more responsive. It often takes a long time to get a reply and the solutions provided are not always satisfactory. Overall, I would rate them 3 out of 5 stars.
