I live in one of their properties for over a year. The entire year we had to report the same work orders every month. We paid them 1200 for rent and 1200 deposit. When we moved the house was cleaned professionally and the grass was cut before we moved. Once we turned the keys in the next day we were told that it would take up to thirty days to get our deposit back. And finally when we did it was only 500. When I went there the owner Steven said they had to pay some one to cut the grass and patch up holes that they found in the walls. Which there were no holes cause I repainted before we turned the keys in. These people are liars and con artist. They only have properties in bad neighborhoods that are overly priced and not worth it. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
