As a customer of Prima Electric, I have found their services to be average. The technicians are generally knowledgeable and prompt, but the overall customer service could be improved. There have been a few instances where I had to deal with unprofessional behavior from the support staff. However, the team is quick to resolve any issues that arise, which is a plus. Overall, I would say that Prima Electric is a decent company to work with.
