The room was outdated with burn marks all over the carpets. Desk in room was all marked up with melted plastic on it. Pictures on web site do not match rooms. Room had smelly odor. When asked to change room they said they were full and didnt have any rooms available which is highly unlikely as i was there in off season. Front desk staff was rude and difficult to work with.
On a good note, service in restaurant was excellent and Chef Arpit was amazing in accommodating my food allergies. He and our waiter Satendra were the only highlight of my stay. They should be recognized for their excellent service.
