The airport is easily located by car or by shuttle from the central train station, however the shuttle is too expensive for the poor service it provides. Inside the queue for the check in and for the security usually runs smootly but after you pass the security, when waiting for your flight, there are too many shops and too little space for passengers to comfortably sit and you need to wait standing. The toilets are small and dirty. Last but not least, the last time I flew to bologna there were tiefs inside that were waiting to steal the luggages that remains on the belts..they stole mine when I was in the toilet but cought them and faced them to get my bag back. There is never enough control.
