My experience with Empresarios en linea was subpar. The website, newebi.com, was not user-friendly, making it difficult to find the products I was looking for. Additionally, the customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond. The delivery took longer than expected, and the products were not as described. Overall, I was disappointed with the company and would not recommend them.
